Once you booked online, a courteous concierge (Les Clefs d’Or) contacts you to enquire about your preferences, dietary requirements, airport transfers and any special requests that you require. The resort can be reached by car, merely 416 km from Cape Town, or via George airport. The hotel caters to individuals and groups and transport of any size can be arranged. If you decide to drive yourself, the resort does not charge for parking.
A porter escorts you to your room by mean of a customised golf cart. The luxurious suites offer a king/twin bed/s, chaise lounge, kitchenette, balcony, a fireplace and more digital equipment than you can imagine. The main hotel building houses Zachary’s Bistro and Noah’s Champagne & Cocktail Lounge on the lower deck. Noah’s, famed for their cocktails, serves guests in a classy setting, overlooking the outdoor pool and Knysna forest. Zachary’s Bistro, the hotel’s restaurant is well known in the vicinity for its farm to table concept, extensive wine list and private dining option. Both facilities lead onto the terrace, overlooking the lagoon and forest.

After your treatment, you get to unwind even further in the recovery room by means of a massaging water bed.

The award-winning 18-hole golf course, designed by David Dale and Ronald Fream of GolfPlan USA, offers the ultimate in championship golf. The clubhouse is located adjacent to the main building and a mere 2 minute walk.
The Garden Route has hundreds of activities available for visitors. Your concierge can assist with bookings ranging from elephant rides/walks, lagoon boat rides, forest tours, etc. Knysna’s waterfront has a variety of restaurants and shops, including boat rides, oyster tastings and curios.
